Custom mats or flooring are unfortunately not returnable. For products that are not custom and could be used by another customer we offer a 30 day return/exchange period. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Returns must be in the original packaging as received. A 20% restocking charge plus the cost of shipping applies on all products.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to us or any of our manufacturing partners without a Return Authorization.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the same credit card used or original method of payment. Credit card rules prohibit us from applying a credit to a different card.
All refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus the original cost to ship to you.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item identical item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to making an attempt to return. No changes to artwork are allowed.

You are be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs on initial orders are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We suggest you consider using a trackable shipping service (FedEx, UPS or USPS Priority) or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for lost shipments by your shipping service.
